LỊCH SỬ CÔNG TY
From a small family textile business to a trusted global manufacturer.
1975
The journey of TTD Caps began with a small family moving from Northern Vietnam in the 1970s, carrying with them resilience, craftsmanship, and a strong belief in building a better future through hard work.
1980
In the early 1980s, when Vietnam remained closed to the global economy and raw materials were scarce, we started in Saigon with a single old sewing machine. Repurposing used garments to obtain fabric, cutting and sewing by hand, we produced our first items for the domestic market—laying the foundation for a culture of creativity, resilience, and perseverance.
1991
The business was formally structured with a larger production facility, marking a transition toward more professional manufacturing and partnerships with domestic fashion retailers.
1995
The establishment of our official office in Ho Chi Minh City marked a new phase of growth, strengthening management capabilities and long-term strategic planning.
1996
TTD Caps successfully exported its first shipments to Switzerland, meeting international standards and officially entering the global market.
1998~1999
Building on early success, TTD Caps expanded exports throughout Europe and Japan, gradually establishing credibility with international partners.
2000
Our first factory, now known as the Legacy Factory, was established—dedicated to high-standard production and large-scale export, forming the cornerstone of our long-term growth.
2006
Leadership transitioned to the second generation, bringing modern perspectives, technological investment, and market expansion.
Adopted modern technology, expanded into new markets, and saw significant growth in sales and revenue.
2008 ~ 2015
TTD Caps began strengthening compliance systems, social responsibility practices, and international labor standards, laying the groundwork for global brand partnerships.
2021
The launch of our second facility—LEED Gold certified—marked a major milestone in our sustainability journey. This chapter reflects our commitment to green building, energy efficiency, and responsible operations, ensuring that growth respects both people and the planet.
Today
From a single sewing machine to internationally certified manufacturing facilities, TTD Caps continues to grow while staying true to its family values, ethical principles, and craftsmanship heritage.
